Shelby's Fudge

4 cups sugar
2 squares butter
1 can evaporated milk
1 bag marshmallows
1 bag Ghiraddelli Milk Chocolate Chips

Boil sugar, butter, and milk until it reaches 240 degrees; stirring constantly. Pour over the marshmallows and chocolate chips. Mix well and pour into pan to cool.
