Mix for Crust:
1 cube melted margarine
1 C. chopped nuts
1 C. flour
Bake 350 degrees for 10 min in 9x13 pan - cool
Mix:
1 8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 C. powdered sugar
1/2 of large sized cool whip carton
Spread over cooled crust
Mix:
3 cups milk
2 large packages instant pudding (1 vanilla & 1 other kind - I like chocolate the best!)
Spread over cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set
Put rest of Cool Whip on top - cut in squares & serve
